The short version
The Lounge does not know your name, phone number or bank details, because we never ask for them. The hosting server keeps only the basic technical logs needed to keep the site running. When you press Join or Log In, you move to mycs33.com and that platform’s privacy notice takes over.
What the server keeps
Whenever a page is opened, the hosting service may automatically record:
- the visitor’s IP address and the broad region estimated from it;
- browser type, operating system and display size;
- the page requested, a timestamp and the site that referred you.
These records are used to fix technical faults and block malicious traffic. They are not matched with other sources to identify anyone.
Things we choose not to do
- No tracking cookies, advertising cookies or social media pixels.
- No third-party analytics or heat-mapping scripts.
- No newsletters, contact forms or comment boxes storing your data.
- The only JavaScript on the site is the menu button for small screens.
When you leave the Lounge
The Join and Log In buttons, links to official MYCS33 pages and links to support organisations take you to other sites. Their owners decide how your data is handled there.
How this site is protected
Every page is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Security headers, including a strict Content Security Policy, stop outside scripts from loading. Even so, no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Under-age readers
The Lounge is intended for adults aged 18 and above, and we have no intention of gathering any information from children.
The PDPA and your choices
Under the PDPA 2010 you may ask for access to personal data relating to you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent. Since the Lounge holds only technical logs, requests about your gaming account data should go straight to MYCS33.
