How to log in
- Open the official login page or press Log In on any Lounge page.
- Enter the mobile number you used to register.
- Enter your password — remember it is case-sensitive.
- Press Login. You land on your account home with your balance shown at the top.
Accounts opened through Google or Telegram are entered the same way — tap that icon below the Login button.
“Keep Me Logged In”: when to use it
Use it if…
- The phone or computer is your own.
- The device is locked with a PIN, fingerprint or face recognition.
Do not use it if…
- You are on a public computer or shared device.
- Other people, including under-age family members, can access the device.
Resetting your password with a TAC
- Press “Forgot Password?” on the login page.
- Enter your registered mobile number and press the button to request a TAC.
- Enter the 6-digit TAC code sent to your phone.
- Create a new password (6–50 alphanumeric characters) and confirm it.
- Submit, then log in with the new password.
Never share a TAC code. MYCS33 staff will never ask for your TAC or password by WhatsApp, Telegram or phone call. Anyone asking for that code is trying to take over your account.

Spotting a genuine login page
The official MYCS33 domains are:
- Check the address bar before typing your password — a near-identical spelling is a red flag.
- Make sure the connection is HTTPS, with the padlock icon in your browser.
- Bookmark the official link and use it every time.
- Ignore login links sent by unknown numbers by SMS or messaging apps.

Habits that protect your account
Use a unique password for MYCS33, ideally at least 12 characters, and never reuse it for email or banking. Press log out every time you use someone else’s device, and check your transaction history from time to time.
