What do I need to register?
A Malaysian mobile number, a 6–50 character alphanumeric password, and to be 18 or over. A 6-character referral code is optional. The full steps are in our field-by-field sign-up walkthrough.
Can a Google or Telegram account be used to sign in?
It can. Below the main button there is a “login with” option for both, instead of a phone number and password.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Press “Forgot Password?” on the login page, request a 6-digit TAC code to your registered number, and create a new password.
Can I have two accounts?
No. Each member is allowed one account, one phone number and one bank account. Duplicate accounts can lead to forfeited bonuses and winnings.
Can my account phone number be changed?
Yes, but because that number identifies the account, the support team must verify who you are first.
Money in, money out
How small can a deposit be?
As low as RM10 by online transfer, or RM100 at an ATM/CDM machine, according to the official banking table. Bear in mind most promotions start at RM20, and the daily check-in at RM30.
When does withdrawn money reach my bank?
Amounts from RM50 to RM5,000 through Quick Withdrawal normally arrive within half an hour at supported banks. Larger sums go by local bank transfer and can take up to a day.
Is there a fee to cash out?
None. Withdrawals at MYCS33 are free.
My withdrawal is still pending — why?
Usually because bonus turnover is incomplete, a bank account name that does not match your registered name, or verification documents needed for a large amount. The official steps are in the withdrawal guide.
How often can I use Quick Withdrawal in a day?
Up to three requests or RM5,000 a day — whichever you reach first.
Why do I need to transfer credit to a game wallet?

Promotions and rewards
50% or 30% — which welcome bonus is smarter?
For most players, the 30% bonus with x2 turnover gives better expected value than the 50% bonus with x8. The full maths is in the 50% vs 30% analysis.
How is turnover calculated?
(Deposit + bonus) × multiplier. A RM100 deposit with the 30% x2 bonus needs RM260 in bets before you can withdraw.
Can slot bonuses be used in live casino or sports?
No. Winnings from live casino, table games, number games, poker and sportsbook while a slot bonus is active are forfeited.
When is the daily rebate credited?
The rebate of up to 1.8% is calculated automatically and credited before 12:30 AM the following day, up to RM1,888 a day.
What do I earn by inviting friends?
A weekly commission: 3% of the net loss of friends you refer directly, plus 1% from the friends they refer. It is paid every Monday at noon.
